The Diverre Group is developing its design capacities by taking over the Maxitec company (Brignais, FR).
Maxitec is a design office that, since 2001, offers conveyors, robotics and special machines solutions. Its main markets are glassware, agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, aeronautics, automobile and metallurgy.
The Diverre Group’s objective is to offer design performances upstream its manufactures (sheet metals, mechanical welding, mechanics), to reinforce its conveyor activity and to present a broad services range, in particular for its glassmaker customer.
For the current customers of Maxitec, the team and their contact remain the same.
